Returns and refunds

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or were not what you ordered.

1. Write to support@formericohouse.com with your order number and what you would like to send back.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. When the parcel reaches us, the refund goes back to the card you paid with.

If something arrives broken or wrong, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, shipping included.
